CreakyJoints
CreakyJoints is a four-year-old service organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those who suffer from arthritis as well as educating their physicians and caregivers. The CreakyJoints message comes from within as CreakyJoints' co-founder, Seth Ginsberg, was diagnosed with arthritis at 13 and continues to be an active patient advocate through CreakyJoints events. Using a network of over 5,000 CreakyJoints Affiliated Professionals, CreakyJoints is able to reach out to both doctors and patients in a unique and credible environment. Examples of current CreakyJoints physician programs include Grand Rounds presentations and Physician Advisory Boards, which focus on ethnic differences in the treatment of arthritis. Patient programs include the A-Games, which provide a fun atmosphere for arthritis sufferers to learn about the benefits of exercise, particularly swimming, as well as nutrition, proper drug use, mental flexibility, and self-motivation. CreakyJoints travels around the world conducting its programs, having hosted events in Old and New Europe and North America, with plans to launch programs in South America and Asia in the near future.

Exhale Foundation
The Exhale Foundation is a service organization dedicated to helping patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease as well as educating the physicians treating this growing disease. Patient programs focus on improving breathing techniques, quitting smoking, respiratory exercise, and personal motivation. Pharmacological treatments are also discussed with patients and physicians.

Fit Brain
Fit Brain is dedicated to helping patients reduce the stigma around depression by providing information to patients and doctors about the latest advances in mental health. Patient programs focus on psychological issues facing different subsections of the population, including adolescents, young adults, working age individuals and senior citizens. Physician education focuses on the use of identification techniques and the use of pharmacological treatments.

The Blood Sugar Squad
The Blood Sugar Squad is a soon to be launched service organization dedicated to helping patients with type 2 diabetes. This organization will follow in the same spirit as the other three organizations under the TGI Healthworks banner, educating patients and physicians through programs designed to provide education, information, and motivation.
