Central to all activities and your source of information about CreakyTown and its public forums, Main Street is where you can pick up your free copy of the CreakyTown newspaper/newsletter highlighting everything you need to know to make the most of your visit.
Make sure you stop by the massage parlor to learn the benefits of massage therapy from body-workers, the spiritual center to find that place where the inner you and your arthritis combine forces to help you live a better life, and the Yoga and Pilates studios to learn about these two very important exercise and coping strategies that are explored here--taught by professionals to people at all levels.
Grab a snack at the food court or chat with the authors of popular arthritis books such as Dr. Mark Young's Women and Pain, and Dr. Thomas Lehman's It's Not Just Growing Pains.
Swing by Town Hall and stop into the Visitor Center for information about CreakyTown. There you will be greeted by friendly staff for information about events and activities. You will also be able to borrow a stroller or wheelchair. Pop into the Mayor's office to meet the Mayor of CreakyTown, as well as other town officials.
