Pain and Exorcise
What you think is how you hurt. Yes it is. Don't argue with me about this.
Dogs know the two biggest indicators of arthritis are procrastination and talking badly to yourself. Doctors say it's overweight conditions, especially for osteo, but dogs know being overweight is a symptom of talking badly to yourself and procrastination.
Procrastination is easy to fix. Stop committing. Don't argue with me about this. Stop committing.
Talking badly to yourself is much more difficult to fix. Seems like humans prefer the continuous auto-administration of abuse as opposed to treating themselves the way they wish others would treat them. For humans, fixing this problem is what therapists are for. So save up your pennies and visit your neighborhood psychologist or psychiatrist so you can eliminate forever your fondness for emotional self-abuse. Cut-rate shrinks -- bartenders, friends, anonymous sex partners, relatives, ex-lovers - won't help. They hate themselves more than you do. Don't argue with me about this.
I've just finished working out the canine equivalent of therapy (you're too squeamish to want to know what that is) and I'm doing much better. The first step (no it's not 12 steps) is realizing that everyone talks to themselves all the time. It's what you say that makes your arthritis hurt - or not. And I'm not going to tell you what to say. It's just like humans to want the easy answer. Go find out. Don't argue with me about this.
